Privacy Policy
WishRx is not open to patients yet. Right now, this website only collects sign-ups for our launch waitlist. This policy explains what we collect through the waitlist and what we do with it. We will publish a full privacy policy before we begin offering care.
What we collect
- What you give us: your email address and, if you choose, your first name.
- How you found us: the ad campaign or link that brought you here (for example, "utm" tags in the web address) and the page you came from.
- Basic technical data: standard server and security logs, such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider keeps for a limited time.
We do not ask for, and the waitlist does not collect, any health information.
How we use it
- To email you when WishRx opens and send occasional launch updates.
- To understand which ads and links bring people to the waitlist.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Advertising measurement
If you reached this page from one of our ads, our advertising partners (such as Meta) may use cookies or similar technology to tell us that someone who saw an ad joined the waitlist. They do not receive your email address or name from us. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings and in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the waitlist, such as our cloud hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), and only as needed to provide that service. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist sign-up until you ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed for the launch.
Your choices
- Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To see, correct or delete your sign-up, email us at hello@wishrx.me. We will respond within 30 days.
- California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their personal information, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad measurement described above.
Children
The waitlist is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
